Here in My Writing Room you’ll find a variety of my published and unpublished poetry. I’m based in a happy corner of the Sunny South East, a place known to most as Blackwater, County Wexford.

I write most days by giving the sawdust a shake and seeing what falls out. I’ve recently taken to trying out new ways of sharing my poetry so feel free to explore my writing room where you’ll find some written, some audio, and some visual presentations that I hope you’ll enjoy.

When I’m not writing, you might find me reading autobiographies or great histories about the native American Indians. Otherwise, you might find me playing golf, badly – according to those I play with/against. I’ve an eclectic taste in music, and I spent 16 happy years as a radio presenter in a part time capacity while “slaving” away at the coal face.

Now I’m enjoying all that retirement has to offer and more.

You can keep in touch with me on Twitter @CJBlack2012, or on Soundcloud @ C. J. Black.

Otherwise leave a comment here on my site, let me know your thoughts, who you are and where you come from – I will in time also pay you a visit.

Thank you.
